Ariane Baer Hammer studied law at the University of Basel. Her first job lead her to Liechtenstein. As a lawyer and senior trust officer, she served an international clientele drafting contracts and legal opinions with a focus on corporate, banking and capital markets law. At the trust level, she advised clients on corporate structuring and estate planning. In order to deepen her knowledge in Liechtenstein law, she completed postgraduate studies in Liechtenstein company law at the Liechtenstein University of Applied Sciences. In addition, her training and continuous education as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is a great benefit for her in the daily business.
After 14 years of professional experience in Liechtenstein, Ariane returned to her roots in Basel in 2014. As Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors, she has since then been leading Baltrag AG in the second generation. With her legal knowledge, she supports Baltrag AG in legal matters and advises clients in all their concerns.
Further to her native German, she is fluent in English and can communicate well in French.
Ariane is married and has a daughter. In her free time loves water sports and long walks with her dog.
